It's easy to install and widely-available pre-primed. It is also resistant to fluctuations in heat and humidity meaning it's less likely to experience cracking and warping. MDF mouldings are also made from a high percentage of recycled wood materials making it a smarter, more sustainable material to add that decorative touch.
