When we started Timbereist, we made sure to have a key set of principles at our core, that would help define our business.

Our knowledgeable employees are always happy to advise you on the best solution to your query. To covers all eventualities, we make sure to hold a vast amount of stock in a wide range of products, in a variety of sizes and lengths.

Prompt delivery on all orders, we understand that when you place an order with us, invariably you want it as soon as possible. At Timbereist we understand that requirement, and will always do our best to get your products to you as quickly as we can.

At Timbereist we are a delivery only business. You order from us, and we deliver straight to your door. We do not add any extra charges for local delivery, as we have several vehicles operating all over East Anglia. We don’t see why you as a customer should have to pay any extra for a product you’ve ordered. Price is also critical in all construction decisions, and by offering a competitive pricing structure, we know that we can provide the best possible service to our customers.

A commitment to quality above all else, at Timbereist we believe in only stocking the finest products. We store our products safely and away from the elements, thus protecting them from any environmental damage that may occur. We also only stock C24 regularised carcassing, which is of a higher grade than the industry standard. By offering a superior C24 product, it enables our customers a clear choice when it comes to their Carcassing Timber needs. This attention to quality is also prevalent throughout our Sheet Material, MDF and Landscaping departments.

A dedication to sustainability, Timbereist are a member of both the Forest Stewardship Council®(FSC®) and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC). We make sure to only stock full FSC® and PEFC products where we can, and we understand that the management of forests and the chain of custody process is an invaluable tool in ensuring the sustainability of those environments.
