At Timbereist Ltd we are always keen to exhibit interesting design work from our customers. Recently a very talented local artist Hayley Lock came to us looking for sustainable plywood for her new purpose-built design studio.
After speaking to her, she sent us a picture of the look she was going for, and our sales team advised her on the most suitable Plywood for the job.
Hayley wanted to make sure the studio had a very low carbon footprint, as well as being environmentally friendly. So we supplied her with some FSC certified Chilean Pine Plywood. Which was ideal for the aesthetic she was trying to achieve while also being structurally durable.
The studio even has its own kitchen, which was expertly designed and constructed by RCW Carpentry and Cabinet Making.
We think Hayley’s studio looks terrific, and the fact its built from sustainable plywood makes it even better.
