Timbereist offers several different Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) products. Ranging from Standard MDF which is suitable for most interior applications such as furniture construction. Or Moisture Resistant Grade MDF which has similar uses but can also be exposed to moisture, meaning it has an increased versatility over the standard panel. Besides the two standard MDF Panels, we also supply a range of specialist panels upon request. So please contact our sales team for any further information about sizes and availability.
Chipboard Flooring
Chipboard Flooring is an engineered wood product. It’s made from a combination of fine wood particles, and resin, which are pressed together to form a board. The resulting product is unvarying and consistent throughout. As a result of this, it’s ideally suited for use on floors and suspended floors, where a uniform finish is paramount.
At Timbereist the standard P5 chipboard flooring we supply is 2400mm x 600mm, it’s moisture resistant and comes in thicknesses of 18mm and 22mm. It’s tongued and grooved on all four sides and is incredibly easy to lay. It can also be installed with concealed fixings for a seamless finish.
We also offer a selection of different peel clean and higher grade chipboard panels in a variety of sizes and thicknesses. All of which meet the necessary building standards and can be used for many different construction purposes. So please contact our sales team for any further information.
