How delivery works
Is delivery free?
Local delivery is free on most orders. For larger or more distant deliveries, we’ll confirm any charge when we quote, so there are no surprises.
How quickly will it arrive?
Usually within 1 to 3 working days, depending on stock and where you are. If you need it on a particular day, let us know when you order.
Can I book a time?
Yes. Our driver will phone before arriving, and if you need a specific time slot, ask when you order and we’ll do our best to fit it in.
Can you deliver straight to site?
Yes. We regularly deliver direct to building sites and to trade customers’ clients. Just give us the site address and a contact name and number.
How is it unloaded?
Deliveries are unloaded by hand at the kerbside. For long lengths or large orders, it helps to have someone on hand to give the driver a hand, and please make sure there’s safe access for the delivery vehicle.
