Carcassing Timber

We only stock C24 regularised carcassing timber. C24 is a higher strength grade than the C16 commonly used, which gives you stronger joists, rafters and studwork, and more flexibility with spans. Every length is regularised to a consistent size, so it’s easier to handle and quicker to fit.

Choose untreated or green treated, in a wide range of lengths for floors, roofs and stud walls. Tell us your cutting list and we’ll quote for the lot, delivered free locally on most orders.

Planed Timber

Planed all round (PAR) timber with a clean, smooth finish, for joinery, door linings, shelving and any work that will be on show. Our planed timber is selected for consistency, so you spend less time sanding and filling. Call us for the sizes and lengths we have in stock.

External Cladding

Western red cedar, larch and redwood cladding in a range of profiles and thicknesses. All three are lightweight, naturally durable and renewable, and give a building a warm, modern finish that weathers beautifully.

Roofing Battens

Graded roofing battens, treated and classified at source to meet BS 5534, the British Standard for slating and tiling. They’re coloured blue for easy identification on site, and come bundled for easy handling, in a range of sizes and lengths. Need timber for your next job?
